POSITION NAME : Quality Team Member
EDUCATION REQUIRED :
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Minimum one year EnovaPremier experience.
BASIC PURPOSE OF POSITION :
Assists in daily verification of the current quality standards and equipment calibrations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Inspect tires, wheels, other components and finished goods to ensure they meet required standards.
- Sort tires, wheels and other components to determine usability.
- Interface with suppliers as necessary.
- Perform all off-line rework operation to correct defects or return usable components to production.
- Generate daily and monthly QA reports.
- Disposition and Maintain the Returned Goods System
- Generate Quality Alerts as necessary.
- Train Team Members concerning Quality Standards.
- Provide Line-fill as required.
- Assist in trouble-shooting and analysis as required
- Conduct Process Audit confirmation.
- Other Duties as Assigned
