About the company

Enovone is a precision telehealth startup focused on improving health outcomes, with a special emphasis on longevity and women’s health. Our goal is to reshape the healthcare landscape by leveraging cutting-edge technology, clinical expertise, and personalized care. We’re on a mission to make healthcare accessible, scalable, and tailored to every patient’s unique needs.

We’re looking for an experienced VP of Marketing who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment to take the reins on our performance marketing channels—including email marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media—to fuel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy spanning all major digital channels (email, paid search, paid social, organic social, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Medical) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand identity.

Performance Marketing Execution:

  • Own the end-to-end management and optimization of performance marketing channels, including email campaigns, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously A/B test and iterate on campaign creative, messaging, landing pages, and targeting parameters to drive maximum ROI.
  • Implement and refine marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns to nurture leads, increase conversions, and reduce churn.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Track, measure, and analyze all performance metrics (CPC, CPA, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and uncover insights for growth opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine audience targeting, budget allocation, and channel strategy.
  • Prepare regular reporting dashboards to communicate performance, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and maintain a marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to drive the best ROI.
  • Forecast and plan performance marketing spend, balancing short-term demand generation with long-term brand-building initiatives.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with product, design, and content teams to deliver compelling creatives and messaging.
  • Lead or mentor junior team members as we scale, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies that could enhance our go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify potential growth channels and partnerships that align with the company’s long-term vision, especially in telehealth, longevity, and women’s health domains.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling paid acquisition channels and driving significant ROI.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.

Healthcare Experience (Preferred):

  • Prior exposure to telehealth, digital health, or healthcare-related marketing is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of regulatory constraints and compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is a bonus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adapting to rapid changes.
  • Passion for longevity and women’s health, with a genuine interest in transforming healthcare.
