We are seeking a Junior Release Manager with hands-on experience in Salesforce release management. Experience with Flosum or Copado is a plus. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational release management expertise who are eager to grow in a structured enterprise environment. The successful candidate will assist in planning and coordinating Salesforce deployments while ensuring best practices in version control and CI/CD.Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment & Release Management
2. Support the planning and execution of Salesforce deployments using Flosum or Copado.
3. Assist in maintaining release pipelines, ensuring smooth code deployments and version control.
4. Help manage sandbox refreshes, package deployments, and metadata configurations.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
6. Work closely with senior release managers, developers, and stakeholders to coordinate deployment schedules.
7. Communicate deployment risks, issues, and resolutions effectively.
8. Version Control & Risk Mitigation
9. Assist in code branching, merging, and conflict resolution using GitHub.
10. Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues to ensure high-quality releases.
11. Process Improvement & Learning
12. Gain hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps best practices.
13. Stay updated on Flosum/Copado updates and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must Have:
• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce release management.
• Hands-on experience with Flosum or Copado.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and code versioning.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps workflows.

Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred).
