Job Overview:
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with a strong background in insurance to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations while working closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical capabilities.
This role is a contract-to-hire opportunity and requires someone with a modern, hands-on approach to Salesforce architecture, making strategic decisions while also contributing to the technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Architecture & Strategy
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead Salesforce architectural decisions, ensuring optimal system performance and security.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including data modeling, automation, and workflows.
Development & Integration
- Oversee Salesforce development efforts, including Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and integrations with third-party tools.
- Manage API integrations between Salesforce and insurance platforms, core systems, and external applications.
- Work with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with insurance business leaders, product managers, and IT teams to define technical requirements and roadmap.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure high coding standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
Performance Optimization & Security
- Implement best practices for Salesforce security, governance, and compliance within the insurance industry.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
<>Must Have: 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
Deep expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and API integrations.
Strong background in the insurance industry, working with relevant products and workflows.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, automation, and governance best practices.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps for Salesforce.
Salesforce Certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.
Knowledge of industry-specific insurance applications and integrations within Salesforce.
Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices.
