The U.S. companies currently allocate over $500B annually for business team hiring. We are strategically positioned to capture at least 1% of this vast market, anticipating revenue of $5B / year through our AI agents over the next decade.

Role Impact

As our inaugural engineering hire, you will collaborate closely with our CTO and take ownership of our entire technical stack, establishing a strong foundation for future growth. You will play a pivotal role in making critical technical decisions and actively contribute to the enhancement and expansion of our existing AI agent platform.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the entire development process of our AI agent platform, from architecture to implementation.
• Design and enhance user-facing features as well as backend infrastructure.
• Make vital technical decisions that will influence the future of our product.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices as our team grows.
• Participate in the on-call process to ensure system stability.
