Job Description
As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of advertising campaigns through gaining an understanding of our clients’ industries and their goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising strategies across multiple digital platforms (including Google, Facebook, YouTube, Bing and others), as well as conducting RFPs and placing buys for traditional media (knowledge of Strata is a plus, but we will train). The role requires a deep understanding of business principles, marketing analytics, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
· Research and implement advertising strategies for paid media campaigns across the entire Google Ads ecosystem, including, but not limited to, Search, Youtube, Performance Max, Display, and LSA.
· Create and manage full-funnel Facebook ad campaigns, utilizing various creative formats and reporting on the results of any testing.
· Possess the willingness to learn and manage campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, Yahoo Gemini, various DSPs, and more.
· Negotiate quotes for traditional media placements, place buys through Strata, reconcile spends and placements
· Dive deep into campaign performance data to analyze to identify trends and highlight areas for improvement.
· Adjust ad spend and targeting parameters based on performance metrics.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital advertising efforts with broader marketing goals.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
