Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage accounts and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in JobNimbus.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A proven track record in roofing or exterior sales
  • High level of self-motivation, discipline, and energy
  • Passion for connecting with customers and earning their trust
  • Ability to close deals consistently and hit performance goals
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM and digital sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
