Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage accounts and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and enhance marketing efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in JobNimbus.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A proven track record in roofing or exterior sales
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and energy
- Passion for connecting with customers and earning their trust
- Ability to close deals consistently and hit performance goals
- Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM and digital sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
