We have two locations and a team of 12 professionals at Enrique Ramirez Insurance and Fin Services Inc.

Our main agency is located in Soledad CA and the second one in Salinas CA. Our busy offices have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people and bettering the community. This is a full-time position for the agency located in Soledad, CA The account manager assists customers with their insurance and financial services needs, ensures customer satisfaction, identifies risks, and makes recommendations for the best value protection.



Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
