Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research potential clients and markets, focusing on high-value prospects needing logistics or 3PL solutions.
- Develop sales strategies: Tailor approaches to address customer pain points and align with company goals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets: Achieve revenue and profitability goals through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, fostering trust and ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Understand client needs: Conduct regular check-ins to align services with customer requirements and adapt solutions as needed.
- Resolve issues promptly: Address customer concerns related to operations, billing, or service quality to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present customized logistics solutions: Demonstrate how the company’s services (e.g., consolidation, freight brokerage, warehousing, transportation management) can solve specific customer challenges.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as: Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Marketing/ Sales or Communications
- 3-5 years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or 3PL industry.
- In-depth knowledge of freight brokerage, supply chain operations, and transportation management
- Experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Background in consultative selling and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to conduct product or service demonstrations.
- Skilled at negotiating contracts and addressing customer objections to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate customer pain points and design tailored logistics solutions.
