Summary: Enru Logistics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brokerage Systems Lead to oversee our brokerage Information Systems architecture and integrated partners. This role involves the setup of information flows with external partner to our cloud based TMS system, creating EDI/API integrations, integrating ticketing systems within the TMS and ensuring ongoing compliance to manage internal and external SLAs related to the IT infrastructure of the Brokerage division. The Lead will play a pivotal role in optimizing our brokerage operations and enhancing overall efficiency. This position sits onsite in Bolingbrook, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Define integration requirements for customers and ensure ongoing compliance for inbound EDI/API orders
• Oversee all tracking integration applications including Project44, FourKites, Direct Carrier EDI, Connections, etc.
• Lead set up of ticketing systems and internal escalation tools within cloud based TMS
• Optimize use of third party TMS tools to ensure accurate transit, rating and invoicing. This may include third party license monitoring like PCMiler, Here API, SMC3, SAP or other tools unique to managing transportation routing and billing within a TMS
• Create a consultative environment with operations in order to ensure TMS is being utilized in an efficient manner to eliminate manual tasks and improve overall performance of Brokerage division
• Build integrations into Enru Datamart from TMS and work with internal IT to ensure data accuracy and timeliness of refreshes
• Ensure Enru maintains a competitive lead in Brokerage by understanding the IT landscape of the Brokerage market and advising on where Enru needs to invest to improve operations, cost position or ability to attract new customers. This can include AI, semi-automation and RPA investment
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations working in a “self-motivated” and “self-led” environment.
• Identify and implement system improvements to enhance brokerage operations efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall logistics performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in IT/brokerage operations, with demonstrated project management or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), API/EDI integrations, third party tracking platforms like P44 & Four Kites and other relevant Brokerage technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

IL Compensation information: $80,000- $95,000
