Job Description: As a Brokerage Systems Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our brokerage operations and enhancing overall efficiency. You'll work closely with our operations team to ensure TMS is being utilized in an efficient manner to eliminate manual tasks and improve overall performance of Brokerage division.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Define integration requirements for customers and ensure ongoing compliance for inbound EDI/API orders
- Oversee all tracking integration applications including Project44, FourKites, Direct Carrier EDI, Connections, etc.
- Lead set up of ticketing systems and internal escalation tools within cloud based TMS
