EnSafe is accepting applications for an IT Support Specialist based out of EnSafe’s Memphis, TN office.

EnSafe specializes in custom solutions in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology with offices operating within the US.
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will understand the fundamentals of IT Support with exceptional customer support for internal. This candidate will need to be adaptable to new federal policies and regulations since EnSafe is a federal contractor.
What You Will Be Doing:
- IT Service Desk end-user support for local and remote employees.
- Microsoft Teams desktop, phones, conference room, and meeting support.
- Enterprise-level knowledge and support of Windows10/11 Operating Systems
- Application support of Microsoft 365 Apps, Adobe Suite, and SaaS applications.
- Tier 1 and 2 network support.
- Mobile device support including iOS, Android, and mobile hotspots.
- Computer imaging and deployment.
- Account, group, and mailbox management via Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Maintenance of IT Knowledge base for IT and end-user support.
- Rotation of after-hours (on-call) support (paid).
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- Current CompTIA A or Microsoft Modern Desktop Certification.
- Minimum of three years experience in an IT Service Desk or technical support service role.
- Experience with Active Directory, Entra, SCCM, and Intune.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Degree in Applied Sciences relative to System Administration or equivalent work experience
- Other professional certification (Network ; Security ; Microsoft or similar certifications.)
- Microsoft Purview, Azure, OneDrive, and CrowdStrike.
