Job responsibilities include :
Timecard entry of hourly, salary, and union employees
High volume onboarding and offboarding of employee hire / change / and termination paperwork
Administration and enrollment of Enscicon benefit plans : Healthcare and Life Insurances and 401K
HR Law compliance including wage and hour, state paid sick and FMLA leave, etc.
High volume drug test and background check coordination and administration
Employee travel coordination
Managing workers compensation and unemployment claims
Employment and Income verifications
Daily communication and customer service support for Enscicon field employees and clients
Administrative duties such as filing, data entry, ordering supplies, etc.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication, or similar
Positive attitude with a desire to support employees and customers
Sense of urgency to deliver excellent service
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to solve problems with general guidance
Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to understand how information fits into the big picture
