Junior Field Engineer

Enscicon Corporation is hiring for a full-time Junior Field Materials Engineer for a Renewable Energy project in Umatilla County, Oregon. Come be part of one of the most high-profile and exciting projects in the Pacific Northwest!

Job Description:

• Produce reception inspection reports.
• Compare the material received and the Bill of Material (BOM) on the drawing.
• Manage all non-conformities detected at site & support the proper registration of non-conformities as they arise.
• Manage the material storage as per the material storage class
• Manage the storage in the warehouse with MTA (Material Tracking Application) to be able to track all material received at site.
• Do the material reception in MTA system to confirm delivery.
• Be proactive by reading all relevant instructions & technical documents before site delivery.
• The candidate must be willing to, at times, assist with mechanical installations.
• The candidate must have a good English level (reading, writing, and speaking)
• The candidate must have good skills to read and understand contract technical specifications.
• The candidate must have good skills to read and understand Drawings.
• The candidate should have a high level of rigor

Requirements:

• Engineering degree required, mechanical preferred.
• Must possess a good personality, a high learning curve, and a willingness to learn
• 0-3 years of experience in a related engineering or construction role
• A successful candidate will have a mindset of heavy installation and be able to read a drawing and manage a bill of material.
• Must be willing to travel
