ENSCO is seeking a Facilities Administrator to support a diverse set of efforts and programs that require a variety of services in several facilities. This position will perform facilities support and administration responsibilities, including perform property management activities of government and contractor equipment/property and assist with space allocation planning for both contract and government teams.
The administrator will also need to be familiar with and support multiple facility build-out efforts and program requirements; and be familiar with security standards for classified environments.
Duties include:
- Assist in implementation of contracts with building service providers; identify shortfalls
- Inspect facilities to meet safety regulations; identify shortfalls and hazards;
- Coordinate with customers to identify needs, develop resolutions, and coordinate with functional teams to meet customer needs
- Support build-out and relocation efforts; assist in establishing/servicing workstations to support program members
- Coordinate maintenance work with landlord teams
- Assist program teams and officer manager in setting up/ administering meetings and ensuring teams have what they need
- Interact with program managers to identify facility needs, communication shortfalls, and support project teams as required
- Assist Program Managers with assessing program DD254s and develop facility requirements to ensure execution
- Support closed area accreditation efforts for cleared spaces and assist inspection preparation as needed for inspection of accredited areas
- Collaborate with COS Site Manager, Program Managers, Security Team, ISSMs, ISSOs and Office Management
- Maintain/update Colorado Springs government and contractor property
- 3-5 years of experience or bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 1 year experience
- Knowledge of contractor management
- Knowledge of vendor agreements
- Knowledge of conference video and IT equipment
- Knowledge of facility requirements to include DoD and Commercial
- Working knowledge of how to manage/ update service level agreements between organizations
- Working knowledge of setting up/ troubleshooting conference video & IT equipment
