- Ensure that clean and sanitary dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other utensils are available for use as promptly as possible with little to no breakage.
- Help maintain high levels of cleanliness while completing washing assignments.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
- Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
- Assist with Stewarding responsibilities as required.
- Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
