Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to help administer at The Dance Factory. Our growing studio in Delavan, WI, focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because The Dance Factory is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®
Preference will be given to candidates with Mon-Fri afternoon and evening availability.

Responsibilities:
- Process student enrollments, scheduling, and maintaining accounts.
- Actualize long and short term projects within the studio.
- Work directly with the directors, dance faculty, parents and students.
- Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
- Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Office management experience
- Administrative skills (organization, communication, and professionalism)
- Experience working with kids and their families
- Love for dance and the arts
