Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator to help with administrative tasks at Vantage Pointe Dance Studios. Our growing studio in Wellington, FL, focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because VPDS is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®
Summer hours - 3pm-9pm Monday-Thursday for the summer.
Regular season hours, beginning in August - 3pm-9pm Monday-Friday and 9-12pm Saturday

Responsibilities:
- Process student enrollments, scheduling, and maintaining accounts.
- Actualize long and short term projects within the studio.
- Work directly with the directors, dance faculty, parents and students.
- Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
- Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Office management experience
- Administrative skills (organization, communication, and professionalism)
- Experience working with kids and their families
- Love for dance and the arts
