About the Position
The Inside Voice is seeking a responsible, fun, detail oriented candidate for our part-time administrator position. The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Registering new clients
- Client scheduling
- Client billing
- Teacher scheduling
- Answer calls & emails
- Daily Schedule Revision
- Reception, During Teaching Hours
- Answer phone calls and emails regarding current and new student scheduling
- Help assist in planning recitals and other events
- Regular up-keep of the school
- Vacuuming, keeping workstations organized, resetting the school for the next day, organizing mail.
Our office hours are 10AM-6PM Monday-Friday, this position would begin at 20 hours per week within the listed office hours with potential to grow to full-time (30 hours per week).
A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job. Health, dental, and vision benefits are available to employees who average 30 hours per week, and PTO is available.
