The Janitor is an integral part of the Watson Facilities Maintenance team. The Maintenance team works together to ensure the equipment is in good working order and the facilities are kept nice and clean.
The Janitor is responsible for daily, detailed cleaning of our breakrooms and restrooms. They are also responsible for keeping floors clean in the production facility, and transporting waste to compactors using a forklift.

- Detailed cleaning of breakrooms and restrooms.
- Cleaning plant floors
- Emptying waste bins and transporting them to compactor using forklift.
- Using both ride on and walk-behind floor scrubbers.
- General janitorial duties.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Education
- High School diploma or GED, preferred; not required
- Requires the ability to obtain a forklift license within 30 days.
- Janitorial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.

- Requires the interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with wide variety of internal personnel.
- Must be able to interact professionally, appropriately, and courteously with customers, co-workers and other outside parties.
- High level of pride in maintaining clean facilities.
