Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding to join our HR team. This role plays a critical part in attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires. As well as supporting our HR Department with a wide range of HR Functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating a supportive environment for our employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
· Main focus is recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting orientations, and processing new hire paperwork.
· Assist with employee development initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and performance management processes.
· Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
· Assist with benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefit options and enrollment processes.
· Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
· Support HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, HRIS implementation, and diversity and inclusion programs.
· Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3 years of corporate talent acquisition experience (or equivalent combination of education and prior experience).
Specialized Knowledge and Experience
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, or similar role, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Experience utilizing various ATS and HRIS systems required.

Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
