The Lead Test Technician position is responsible for the oversight and performance of product test activities. Duties include:

Education: High School Diploma (Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
Experience: A minimum of 5 years total of technician experience and 3 years in the applicable test discipline with demonstrated understanding of the test processes and equipment.

- Equipment PM, repair and calibration coordination
- Technical problem resolution and troubleshooting
- Test documentation, set-up and performance
- Standard practices, corrective action and improvement implementation
- Test technician skill development
Requirements:
