The Logistics/Inventory Supervisor will manage and prioritize daily activities of the Material Control team to safely receive, transport and store EBAD Graham site inventory. The incumbent must ensure Graham site inert part Inventory accuracy 95% or greater overall and 100% accuracy for all Energetic inventory. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring on time delivery of inventory to EBAD Operations and Engineering teams while continuously striving to reduce fulfillment lead times.

- Manage and prioritize daily activities of the Material Control team.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet inventory demands.
- Develop and implement processes to improve inventory management.
- Manage shipping and receiving operations in accordance with federal regulations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years' experience in Logistics and Inventory Management.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- College degree in a relative field.
- Knowledge of ITAR, BATF requirements.
- Ability to pass background checks.
