The successful candidate will report to the Shop Floor Supervisor and be responsible for various work assignments throughout the production area, including manual and mechanized assembly operations. They must adhere to all safety and quality requirements, process specifications using hand tools and machinery, and follow work instructions.
To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate ability to setup and monitor equipment through written and verbal instructions. You should also be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, have general knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection tools, and possess fine mechanical assembly skills.
Job Specifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to perform manual/mechanized assembly operations.
- Familiarity with GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection tools.
- Experience in defense and aerospace industry a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
