Job Description
EBAD seeks a skilled technician for the position of Energetics Technician, reporting to the Production Supervisor. The position is located in Simsbury, CT.
Responsibilities :
The Energetics Technician will perform a variety of tasks to build and package energetic devices in support of the Energetics Assembly Value Stream.
Responsibilities include :
- Adherence to all safety standards and work instructions.
- Perform assembly and inspection operations in accordance with detailed manufacturing instructions, product drawings and quality plans.
- Perform coreload analysis on energetic materials.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation.
- Assist engineers in manufacturing process development activities under direction of the engineer's written instructions.
- Support inventory maintenance of component parts and materials.
- Setup and maintain work cells in accordance with 6S principles.
- Provide feedback to engineers and supervisor for improvements.
