Job Description: As a Housekeeping Attendant at Element Moab, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience for our visitors. This position offers a unique pay structure where you will be compensated per room cleaned, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all rooms meet the hotel’s quality standards before guest check-in.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy items.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
