What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Marketing Manager position at Ensio Resources?
This is a full-time hybrid optional Sales and Marketing Management position with base salary and commission structure. You will be selling and promoting our products to large and small customers for several applications including sandblasting media, seal coating aggregate, and roofing granules. You will be placing check-up calls to existing customers, following potential leads, qualifying new customers, and making cold calls. You will also be expected to meet customers at their facilities or job sites to ensure that we provide high quality customer service and grow our market share regionally. You will work with our team to suggest and create content for newsletters and media as well as educational and sales literature. You will provide technical information to leads and current customers and seek new markets and avenues for growth.
Full-time hours will be Monday through Friday 8 am – 4 pm. In addition to base pay, a commission structure will be paid out each month for product sales volumes generated. You will have the option to work from home and come into the office in Bow, NH as needed. Reliable transportation is a requirement for travel throughout New Hampshire and the surrounding northeastern states to meet with customers. Occasional tradeshow attendance may be required. Responsibilities:
- Work with our team to develop practices for lead generation
- Cold call lead lists – efficient lead qualification is critical
- Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally; provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide technical information to leads and current customers
- Research new markets and sales avenues to increase market share
- Explore new product applications and sales opportunities
- Assist in creation of content for newsletters, media, and sales literature
- Visit customers and leads in northeastern states to provide service and sales support
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years minimum strong sales experience, preferably in B2B industrial product sales (industrial coatings industry preferred), as well as customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to deal with people at all levels of customer organizations
- Must have strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM programs such as Salesforce and Pipedrive. Must be efficient in Microsoft Excel and Word as well as ability to use other systems. Experience with lead generation systems such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo a plus.
- Ability to calculate quotes; strong basic math skills
- Ability to learn and communicate technical information
- Must have strong, consistent organizational skills and work ethic
- Hard hat and steel toe boots are required for safety on site
- High school education or equivalent required, University degree preferred
- Driver’s License required
- United States work authorization required
- Must have reliable transportation, good work ethic and be able to provide references and pass a criminal background check
