Job Summary:
Service-based company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our Brand Agents and gig workforce. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, maintaining strong community engagement, and overseeing mission success. Candidates must be highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Agent Support: Provide real-time support to Brand Agents during operational hours.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting team leads in recruiting and onboarding part-time gig workforce members as needed.
- Client Program Management: Oversee and ensure the timely, successful completion of assigned client projects.
- Location Scouting: Identify and evaluate additional locations for project completion.
- Submission Validation: Review and validate completed projects for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Form Creation for Client Programs: Design and maintain forms to support operational tasks.
- Workforce Communication and Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with the gig workforce via calls, texts, and emails, including high-volume outbound outreach.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze client project performance to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Support Center platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Office (i.e Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Customer Support experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation and Work Schedule:
- $19–$22/hour, based on experience.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work one of the following shifts:
- Sunday–Tuesday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST and Wednesday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM EST 29 hrs./week.
- Thursday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST and Wednesday: 12:00 PM– 5:00 PM EST – 29 hrs./week.
- This position requires you to have a reliable computer and internet service
