What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gas/Utility Field Inspectors position at EnSiteUSA?
This position will be located throughout the states of TX, MS and LA.
EnSite is looking for field inspectors with oil and gas pipeline and related facilities experience in TX, LA and MS.
Gas/Utility Inspectors of all levels - oversee QA/QC of Construction Contractors that are installing new facilities and replacement of existing infrastructure that includes gas mains, services, metering stations, and regulator stations, high pressure distribution lines, including fusion of poly lines. Candidates must have experience with poly pipe, leak repairs and distribution.
Inspectors need to have experience with intermediate high pressure (IHP) service lines, mainline pipeline, along with inspection of plastic fusion, and poly pipe.
Field Inspector Duties Include:
1. Inspection of plastic fusion, welds, ditch, running line, tests, etc.
2. Working with Contractors, Builders, Cities, County, Homeowners on the installation and replacement of new mains and services.
3. Climbing in and out of ditches and bell holes.
4. Completing JSA's - Safety and Environmental issues.
