What You’ll Do:
Safety. Take an active role in prioritizing safety for yourself and others throughout the operation, always ensuring adherence to OSHA and Ensley Iron standards.
Installation. Assist with the installation of wrought iron products, including welding (stick) and onsite fabrication to ensure proper fit. Responsibilities also include leveling, securing, and performing final paint touch-ups during installation.
Fabrication. Assist with the fabrication of custom wrought iron products, including welding (MIG), cutting, and assembling materials based on blueprints and work orders. Responsibilities also include ensuring each piece meets quality standards and is prepared for installation or further processing.
General Assistance. Provide general support for miscellaneous shop and installation activities, including cutting and cleaning materials for fabrication and ensuring continued project progress.
Problem Solving. Make independent decisions to resolve issues related to fabrication blueprints and troubleshoot other problems that may arise during installation or production.
Skills You’ll Need:
Coach-ability. Open to feedback and eager to learn, with a willingness to adapt to improve skills and processes.
Experience. MIG and/or stick welding experience is required. Must be proficient in welding, fabrication, installation, and cutting tasks.
Functional Knowledge. Knowledge of fitting, welding, fabrication, and installation. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.

Pay: $19.12 - $24.24 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
