We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and managing social media content for our diverse client base. You will work closely with our video and photography team to utilize the visual assets we create, ensuring engaging and effective social media presence for our clients.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing social media platforms for businesses. You should be a self-starter with a passion for creativity, data-driven strategies, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for our clients.
- Collaborate with our internal video and photo team to incorporate high-quality visual assets into posts.
- Meet with clients via video conference once per month to review analytics, assess performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to enhance engagement and reach.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure all content is error-free and aligns with client branding.
- Stay organized with content calendars, deadlines, and client communications.
Qualifications:
✅ Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of professional social media management experience (agency experience is a plus).
✅ Creative & Strategic: Ability to create compelling content and implement data-driven strategies.
✅ Organized: Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
✅ Client-Facing: Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting performance reports.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms.
