Ensō Mental Health seeks a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Counseling Practice Manager/Outpatient Therapist. This multifaceted position requires a strong blend of clinical expertise, administrative acumen, management skills, and a passion for mental health. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of our practice, provide direct clinical care, and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage administrative staff, delegating tasks, providing training, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Marketing and Branding: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new clients.
- CRM Management: Utilize a CRM system to track client interactions, manage appointments, and analyze practice performance.
- Social Media: Maintain an active presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement.
- SOP Development: Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both clinical and administrative staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Practice Operations: Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure the smooth operation of the group practice, addressing logistical challenges and coordinating resources.
Clinical Duties:
- Outpatient Therapy: Maintain a caseload of 12-15 clients per week, providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or families.
- Clinical Supervision: Assist with the clinical supervision of junior therapists and interns, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, including staff supervision and operations management.
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
