We’re hiring an AR Specialist to work from our Houston, TX location. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in the AR team by assisting with the creation and distribution of AR progress payment invoices, as well as handling collections and aging AR reconciliation. Your expertise in construction pay applications and progress billings is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Interested? Keep reading.

Responsibilities:

As an AR Specialist professional at Ensolum, your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, and they will typically include:

• Assisting the AR team in creating and sending AR progress payment invoices
• Working closely with project managers to process pay applications and progress billings
• Managing collections for outstanding AR accounts
• Reconciling aging AR accounts regularly to ensure accurate records
• Supporting and maintaining communication with clients regarding payments
• Performing light project coordination duties as needed, such as scheduling and tracking payment milestones

Qualifications:

We’re always looking for people who are self-motivated, learning-oriented, and client-centric. And to be considered for this role at Ensolum, you’ll also need a few more qualification requirements:

• Experience in construction pay applications and progress billings is required
• Previous experience in AR management and collections
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience in light project coordination is a plus
• Able to pass drug & alcohol screening and background check
