Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover and guest flow.
- Process customer orders accurately using the POS system, including Aloha POS.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality or food service industry.
- Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Excellent guest relations abilities to create memorable experiences for patrons.
