This key position will be responsible for managing and overseeing our commercial insurance policies, claims process, employee benefits, and Workers’ Compensation audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and benefits administration and a passion for supporting employee welfare.
Position Overview:
As the Administrative Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s insurance and employee benefits programs. You will manage all aspects of insurance coverage, employee health benefits, and related processes, while serving as a trusted resource for both employees and management. Your role will also include coordinating insurance renewals, audits, and providing necessary documentation for Workers’ Compensation audits, as well as advising employees on their health insurance and benefits options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the company’s commercial insurance policies and claims process.
- Handle Certificates of Insurance (COI) management and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Coordinate and manage annual insurance renewals, including liaising with vendors and brokers.
- Provide documentation and support during Workers' Compensation audits.
- Assist employees with selecting appropriate health insurance plans, including HSAs and high-deductible insurance options.
- Continuously research and evaluate cost-effective health insurance options to provide to employees.
- Provide ongoing education to employees about available benefits and assist with any questions or issues related to benefits.
- Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to insurance and employee benefits.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
