We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or maintenance needs observed during cleaning tasks.
- Provide custodial services that include waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as necessary.
- Support porter duties by ensuring common areas are tidy and welcoming for guests and employees.
- Occasionally assist with residential painting projects when required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is essential.
- Ability to maintain a clean environment while following health and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
