Job Title: Director of Enterprise Applications

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Enterprise Applications for one of our clients. This is a full-time, perm position to lead and manage enterprise application initiatives, with primary focus on JD Edwards (JDE) applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of JD Edwards applications.
- Manage a team of ERP resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise applications, including defining the ROI of on-premise, hybrid, and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for enterprise application projects.
- Manage solutions, including project estimation and scoping, to ensure successful delivery of enterprise application projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards applications.
- At least 4 years of experience managing ERP resources.
- Proven track record of successfully leading software implementations and upgrades.
- Strong strategic planning skills, with experience in defining the ROI of on-premise, hybrid, and cloud solutions.
- Experience in solutions management, including project estimation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- This position requires regular in-office hours at the client's facilities in Nashville, TN. Candidates not living in Nashville, but willing to relocate there may be considered. There are no remote opportunities to perform this role outside of this location.
- Candidates must be eligible for direct, full-time employment with our U.S. client.
Preferred Skills:
