What You'll Do
The HR & Workplace Experience Specialist is a dynamic, multi-functional role responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace experience while supporting HR administration and workplace operations. This individual will play a key role in onboarding, employee engagement, workplace coordination, and event management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This position will be based in Hayward, CA.
What We’ll Offer
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $60,000 and $75,000 annually, if located in the San Francisco Bay Area market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.

What You'll Do
The HR & Workplace Experience Specialist is a dynamic, multi-functional role responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace experience while supporting HR administration and workplace operations. This individual will play a key role in onboarding, employee engagement, workplace coordination, and event management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Support new hire onboarding, including processing paperwork, scheduling orientations, and coordinating IT setup.
- Maintain and update HR records, including data entry into HRIS and tracking compliance documents.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assisting with candidate communication and logistics.
- Order and manage employee gifts, including new hire kits, work anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Assist in facility coordination, such as managing maintenance requests, liaising with property management, and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Ensure conference rooms are clean, organized, and fully equipped for meetings and events.
- Manage office security and access, including maintaining key cards and alarm codes.
- Oversee office inventory, supplies, and stocking of common areas, ensuring all spaces are well-maintained and functional.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, including distributing employee laptops and equipment.
- Plan and execute on-site events, including monthly team lunches, business meetings, and company-wide gatherings.
- Manage hotel accommodations for employees attending office events.
- Coordinate holiday celebrations, offsites, and other employee experience initiatives.
- 2 years of experience in HR administration, office coordination, or workplace operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Ability to problem-solve and take initiative in a dynamic workplace.
