Compensation: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week, one-hour lunch break)
Position Summary
Enstructure LLC is seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Railyard Transload Operator to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for safely transferring non-hazardous products between various transportation modes, including railroad tank cars, flat cars, center beam cars, and tanker trucks. You will operate mechanical equipment in a silo, prepare shipments, and load/unload flatbeds, box trucks, and containers—all while ensuring compliance with EPA, FRA, and OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and following all company PPE policies, including the use of steel-toe boots, high-visibility vest/shirt, hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, and a fall harness (provided as necessary).
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transfer non-hazardous materials between transportation modes.
- Operate mechanical equipment, including climbing ladders up to 80 feet.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, receiving, and storage.
- Load and unload flatbeds, box trucks, and containers.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Work in an outdoor environment, handling physical tasks that include lifting up to 60 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and strength, including climbing ladders, heavy lifting, and prolonged standing.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
