Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Production Manager to oversee our bagging operations and machine maintenance across all bagging lines. This is a hands-on position, requiring physical maintenance and repair of bagging lines, as well as managing warehouse personnel. Experience in as many of the areas mentioned below is preferred, though not all are required. Initial and continual training is available.
The ideal candidate will:
- Understand focus on physically performing the job and ensuring smooth safe operations on the ground.
- Ensure production goals are met by implementing standardized procedures.
- Manage personnel and ensure the proper functioning of all machinery.
- Prevent neglect and unnecessary repairs.
- Serve as the point person for training personnel on machine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bagging operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Manage and maintain all bagging lines.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent machine downtime.
- Train and supervise staff on the proper use and maintenance of bagging machinery.
