About the Role :

Ensunet Technology Group is seeking a seasoned Change Management Specialist with a strong background in the finance and banking industries to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in change management, with a focus on driving successful transformations within financial institutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead change initiatives that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Change Strategy Development : Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive change management strategies that align with business objectives and drive successful outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with business leaders, project teams, and frontline employees to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Communication Planning : Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed about upcoming changes, understand the rationale behind them, and are prepared to adapt.
  • Training and Development : Identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the new environment.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential risks and barriers to change implementation, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Change Impact Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of the impact of proposed changes on business processes, systems, and people, and develop plans to manage and mitigate any adverse effects.
  • Measurement and Evaluation : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of change initiatives, and regularly evaluate progress against these benchmarks.
  • Continuous Improvement : Drive a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from stakeholders, analyzing lessons learned, and incorporating best practices into future change efforts.
  • Qualifications :

  • Industry Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in change management within the finance and banking industries.
  • Change Management Certification : Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.
  • Domain Knowledge : Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate business needs into effective change strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior executives.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Project Management : Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with experience managing change initiatives as part of larger projects or programs.
