Join Our Team as a Solution Architect - Salesforce CRM

We're in search of a proficient Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce CRM to guide the integration, optimization, and expansion of our systems, aligning perfectly with our strategic goals.

Your Role: As the Solution Architect for Salesforce CRM at our dynamic company, you will play a pivotal role in structuring and directing the technical architecture of our Salesforce implementation. You will ensure seamless integration with our existing Oracle Siebel v23 systems and drive our advancement towards a more interactive, data-driven approach in customer interactions.

What You'll Do:

• Architectural Leadership: Develop a robust Salesforce architecture that supports the transition of CRM and Analytics from legacy systems, ensuring seamless data integration from various sources including Oracle Siebel v23.
• Advanced Data Management: Craft and deploy sophisticated solutions within Salesforce that bolster our ability to manage extensive customer and operational data, integrating cutting-edge tools such as geospatial visualization and predictive modeling to enhance service delivery.
• Custom API and Application Development: Spearhead the development of APIs and custom solutions, addressing precise operational demands while adhering to the detailed specifications outlined in our Scope of Work.
• Collaboration and System Optimization: Partner with Data Warehouse Architects to meticulously enhance the Salesforce environment for optimum data integrity, security, and performance.
• Strategic Documentation and Scalability: Manage the documentation of all technical designs and configurations, establishing clear guidelines to facilitate ongoing maintenance and scalability of the system.

What You'll Bring:

• Salesforce Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce architecture and system integration, with a strong preference for experience in the utilities sector or similar industries where data security and integration are paramount.
• Analytical and Project Oversight Prowess: Exceptional skills in analysis and project management, capable of leading complex initiatives and integrating new technologies within established systems.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Oracle Siebel v23 experience.
• Salesforce Certifications.
• Utilities Industry experience.
