Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to our clients in a variety of settings, including senior care facilities, nursing homes, and private residences. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized care and ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide memory care support for clients experiencing cognitive challenges. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety during transitions. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed. Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare professionals, and other caregivers regarding client progress and concerns. Adhere to all safety protocols and first aid procedures to ensure client safety. Experience Previous experience in senior care, long-term care, hospice care, or similar settings is preferred but not required. Familiarity with medication administration practices and care plans is advantageous. Certification in First Aid or CPR is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
