Strong candidates will have demonstrated the ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse student body and to collaborate with colleagues across academic disciplines. A love for teaching middle school students (Grades 6-8) is essential to any future position, as are the abilities to align teaching and learning to Ensworth's Core Skills Framework. Strong pedagogical content knowledge and proficiency with educational technology are essential, as is a growth mindset.
