We are looking for a senior full-stack developer who is passionate about the future of applications and data. You will need at least 5 to 10 years of experience as a software developer, lead software developer, software development manager, and / or software architect to be successful in this position. You will also need full-stack experience using ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL. You need to be a “doer”, hands-on, and self-motivated.
What You'll Do
- Be a “hands-on” contributor, spending most of your time writing code.
- Provide leadership and mentoring within the development team.
- Oversee all application troubleshooting and debugging efforts.
- Be the go-to expert and decision maker on software architecture.
- Monitor and manage team efficiency, keeping projects on schedule.
- Establish and ensure team adherence to code quality and other industry best practices.
- Forge a strong partnership with the entire agile software development team.
