ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented casual employee to provide temporary support to the Employee Health/OSHA team. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with occupational health protocols and supporting employee wellness and safety.
Key Responsibilities
New Hire Medical Clearance Support:
Collect and review required onboarding health documentation.
Coordinate lab testing as needed (e.g., titers, TB screening).
Distribute and collect OSHA-required forms, including Hepatitis B vaccination acceptance/declination.
Assign mandatory clinical education modules to nursing staff.
Incident Management & Follow-Up
Monitor and triage incoming employee incident reports.
Coordinate care with occupational health service providers for initial treatment and follow-up appointments.
Collaborate with the Director on workers' compensation case documentation and reporting.
Ensure employee compliance with required follow-up care and additional safety training.
Assign further educational modules related to incidents as appropriate.
Infectious Disease Exposure Management
Support response to in-office infectious disease exposures (e.g., tuberculosis, measles).
Follow up on employee illness calls, particularly COVID-related absences.
Collect and validate proper documentation (e.g., test results) to ensure HR compliance for pay validation.
