Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance and process patient paperwork efficiently
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Assist with billing, copays, and other front desk duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience
