About the role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at entangl, you will serve as a critical bridge between our engineering capabilities and our clients’ unique challenges. You’ll work directly on-site (or virtually, when needed) with strategic customers to deeply understand their business problems, architect and implement custom solutions on our platform, and ensure that our technology is perfectly aligned with their operational needs. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on coding, creative problem-solving, and customer engagement—ideal for engineers who enjoy a fast-paced, impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Discovery : Embed with client teams to gather in-depth technical requirements and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex challenges into actionable technical solutions.
- Solution Design & Implementation : Architect, develop, and deploy custom full-stack solutions using entangl’s platform.
- Iterate rapidly on proof-of-concept prototypes to validate approaches before full-scale production deployments.
- Technical Collaboration : Work side-by-side with client technical teams to integrate and optimize data pipelines, workflows, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and scale our solutions.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement : Provide actionable insights and customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and codify best practices to strengthen the Forward Deployed Engineering function at entangl.
- Operational Excellence : Ensure that solutions adhere to rigorous software engineering principles, maintainability standards, and are scalable across diverse client environments.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
