A contracting company located in Lubbock, TX is seeking a professional and experienced Office Manager to assist with running their office. This individual must be a self starter, work independently and have the ability to learn quickly.
Daily Duties Include:
- AP/AR
- Bookkeeping
- Receiving inventory
- Answering all phone calls and leaving detailed notes if the owner is unavailable.
- Billing
and other duties as assigned.
Experience with accounts receivables and payables is a requirement, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficient in QuickBooks is a must!!
This is a very fast paced environment and it also requires a lot of multi-tasking! THIS IS A LONG TERM JOB OPPORTUNITY! Hours for this position are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.

As a Business Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient administrative processes and effective communication within the team.
