About the job: As a Business Analyst at Entech, you will contribute to defining business solution requirements for new product features and new business opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Business Analysis Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business analysis within an agile environment, focusing on requirements gathering, documentation, and delivering business solutions.
- User Story and Acceptance Criteria Development: Ability to write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs in alignment with project goals.
- Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements using tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with customers and stakeholders to bridge gaps between technical teams and business units.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Proficiency in analyzing data using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to support decision-making and ensure data integrity.
- Testing Support: Familiarity with supporting QA teams during User Acceptance Testing by validating requirements and ensuring the delivery meets business expectations.
